Overview
A diamond cutter is murdered in New York City and homicide detective Emily Eden must find out who is responsible. She's a tough cop who must go undercover to investigate. The murdered diamond cutter was a Hasidic man. To be welcomed into the world, she must be accepted by the Hasidic community. A Hasidic family takes her in and helps her in her quest to find a murderer. The elderly Hasidic rebbe is a Holocaust survivor. The man imparts wisdom to the entire Hasidic community and everyone looks up to him. He helps Eden become part of the community to assist her in weeding out the murderer among the close knit community.
