Overview
Louden Swain is a talented high school wrestler who is a contender for a state title in his weight class. But Louden has bigger, more personal goals for his senior year. He plans to defeat the best wrestler in the state, Brian Shute, who has never lost a match in his career. There are a few challenges facing Louden in reaching his goal: In order to take on Shute, he must lose enough weight to wrestle two weight classes lower and still maintain his strength. In addition, he's not receiving much encouragement from his coach and father. When a young woman named Carla moves into his father's house, Louden finds someone who can motivate him to achieve his goal.
