Overview
A young boy who is afraid of everything goes out to get something for his dad, who is building him a tree house. While he is out, a horrible storm comes up, so he seeks shelter in an enormous library. After he arrives, the mysterious librarian gives him directions about where to find the phone, but he finds himself transported into an alternate version of reality. He becomes a cartoon, and navigating the library becomes a very intimidating experience, since all of the contents of the books keep spilling out. He must face his fears and battle through the dangers lurking in the adventure, fantasy and horror sections with some help from a book representative of each. When he succeeds, he will be much braver.
