Overview
Cheech and Chong's reputation for hilarious comedy and unbridled adventures has spread worldwide and the duo is asked to perform a festival out in Amsterdam. But when the two get there, they find out that the promoter that booked them has run off with all of the money and now the funds to put on the show are extremely limited. Through a series of misunderstandings, Cheech and Chong get mistaken for Dolly Parton and Burt Reynolds and set off to do shows throughout the city of Amsterdam. Eventually, the legal status of marijuana and other drugs in Amsterdam starts to catch up with Cheech and Chong and that causes their adventures to become more outrageous as they continue to do shows throughout the city.
