Tess McGill is the typical blonde bombshell that stays in a menial secretarial position her entire life, according to her friends and family. Her intelligence and career dreams, however, have brought her under the wing of Katherine Parker. As a top executive, Katherine Parker runs a Wall Street firm with vigor and finesse. Tess is her secretary and initially feels comfortable sharing her ideas with Katherine. After a ski accident, Katherine must remain at home to recuperate. Tess, as the loyal worker, keeps Katherine's office running in the meantime. Tess finds documentation about Katherine stealing one of her shared ideas and realizes that she must make her move now. Taking on Katherine's persona, Tess dives into the business world and finds deceit, along with loyalty, in the strangest places. |
