Overview
Griffin Mill works for a movie studio where he reads new pitches for films and decides whether they should be accepted or rejected. With a rival studio growing in success, his career is on the line. Matters are worsened, however, when he begins receiving threatening postcards from an anonymous writer whose script he once rejected. Hoping to simply pay off the writer, he tries to track down his identity. Unfortunately, this creates an intricate web of mistaken identities, blackmail, and murder, which Griffin is in the center of. The problem is, everyone is replaceable in Hollywood. So if Griffin can't figure out how to evade police investigation all while watching his back at work, then someone else will come along to take his place.
