Overview
Los Angeles' two best narcotics officers, Ray Tango and Gabriel Cash, have been framed by drug lord Yves Perret in the murder of an undercover FBI agent. Sentenced to 18 months in minimum security, Perret arranges to divert the pair to a maximum security prison in hopes they will get killed there. Although the two cops can't stand each other, they team up and execute a daring escape from the prison. On the run from Perret and the law, they must find a way to clear themselves of the murder charge.
