Overview
The Starship Enterprise crew gets involved in a conflict between the Ba’ku and the Son’a. The Son’a, allies of the Federation, have been trying to combat aging and are eager to tap into natural radiation on the Ba’ku planet which has enabled the Ba’ku to live long lives. The Enterprise crew enjoys energizing effects of this natural radiation while on the planet. The hostile bid to take over the radiation would ultimately destroy the Ba’ku planet. The Enterprise crew, including Captain Picard, Riker and Data, alert the Federation. When the Son’a leader kills a Federation Admiral who tries to stop him, the Enterprise crew must stop the hostile plan and reconcile peaceful peoples from both races.
