Overview
In the future, society has changed dramatically. World governments have been replaced by corporations who use their power to control the people of the world. Rollerball is the big sport that is sponsored by the corporations. While top athlete Johnathan wants to try to repeat as champion, the owner of his team, Bartholomew, wants him to retire from the sport. Johnathan decides to fight for his personal freedom and continue to compete with his team, despite the threats from Bartholomew.
