Overview
Two college students take an international trek across Britain along the Yorkshire Moors. They encounter a remote pub called "The Slaughtered lamb." David and Jack notice a five pointed star painted on the wall. After David inquires about the symbol, the pub locals start acting strangely. They finally tell the weary travelers to stay on the path. Once they lose the path a werewolf pounces on Jack and mutilates him. David turns back to help Jack, and the werewolf turns his attention to David. David escaped the attack with just a scratch after the pub-goers arrive and shoot the beast. David experiences strange symptoms of dreams and visions that foreshadow his future transformation. Eventually David is visited by his mutilated dead friend, Jack, who warns him that he will become a werewolf and will eventually create other undead victims like jack. In the meantime, David confides in nurse Alex price and has a romantic relationship with her. While she is working a shift, David experiences his first painful transformation. He kills six Londoners. He wakes up naked in a zoo with no memory of the night before. At first he feels rejuvenated and full of vitality, but becomes increasingly worried as he hears the news of the slaughters that occurred the night before. He desperately encourages the police to arrest him to no avail. After making a scene with the police, he enters a cinema and converses with his latest victims including Jack. They encourage him to commit suicide. David transforms a second time and goes through a rampage in London where he is cornered by police in an alleyway. Nurse Alex Price, grief stricken, attempts to communicate with the beast. As the beast makes an attempt to attack Alex price the police shoot him dead.
