Sarah Nolan is a lonely, divorced school teacher who's family is constantly trying to get her back into the dating world. Her pushy but caring sister puts an ad for her on a dating site, and Sarah reluctantly agrees to try it. She meets Jake at a dogpark, an intense yet charming boat-owner who has been going through a depression since his previous heartbreak. The two hit it off and meet again, but Sarah is scared about getting involved. Meanwhile, Bob, the father of one of her students, starts pursuing Sarah, and she struggles with juggling these two men. Jake sees her with Bob and leaves, not long before she discovers that Bob is a jerk. Regretting that she blew her chance with Jake, she winds up hearing about how much Jake really loved her. She runs, boats and swims out to meet him on the lake, where they reconcile and start their new beginning. |
