Overview
A group of New York natives have been friends for most of their lives. As young men, they worked as street hustlers and committed petty crimes. As they grew older and wiser, they saw the benefit of expanding their empire. Eventually, they owned the streets of New York, doing and saying whatever they wanted without fear of repercussion. However, the boys begin to clash with each other and with the local crime boss Mad Dog Coll which causes some problems.
