Overview
A black woman, Zora, discovers that she was the product of artificial insemination and sets out to find her father. Her father turns out to be a local white man with a reputation for being a jerk. Zora suffers and accident which puts her in hospital, adding a slight twist to the plot. As the movie progresses, the two main characters learn what it's like to be a father and daughter, although the journey is fraught with mishaps, laughs and a few tears. The film explores the aspects of self-identity and relationships.
