A Los Angeles detective is killed because she came into possession of microfilm with a secret formula to create cocaine cookies. Her partner, Wes Luger, is later assigned a new partner, the dangerously unpredictable Jack Colt, a man who lost his canine companion and is now mentally unbalanced. Together, the two trigger-happy detectives seek answers to the murder of Luger's previous partner and discover a hidden criminal agenda led by the evil General Curtis Motors and Mr. Jigsaw. The polar-opposite cop team attempts to halt their enemies before the country can be drugged by the delivery of tainted treats through a Wilderness Girls cookie fundraising campaign. Humor and action abound in this parody of buddy-cop dramas, rife with themes from well-known action and adventure films. |
