Overview
An undersea mining crew comes across a scuttled Russian ship named “Leviathan." The manager of the station, geologist Steven Beck, and the station doctor, Glen Thompson, find records indicating that some sort of outbreak occurred that took the lives of everyone on board. Shortly after, one of the miners falls ill and dies. Realizing that the outbreak has spread to the station, Beck and Thompson hide the cause of death from the crew while they try to determine exactly what the pathogen is and how it spreads. As more members of the crew fall ill, and the bodies of the dead mutate into a horrific form, it is a race against time to find a way to stop the spread and save the remaining crew.
