Overview
Nicholas is a depressed teenager who decides to reconnect with his father by moving in with him and his second wife. His father and new wife have a young child of their own. As Nicholas struggles with his depression, his father's second wife finds the new disruption to her family and relationship with her spouse difficult to navigate. Multiple layers of family dynamics are explored as Nicholas's father is also at odds with his own domineering father, the grandfather of Nicholas.
