Overview
Amy Whittaker is a young British journalist who becomes intrigued by how seemingly normal and intelligent women fall prey to online recruiters for ISIS terrorists. Whittaker goes undercover to investigate by creating a false persona on Facebook. She calls herself Melody Nelson, a confused 20-year-old who just converted to Islam. Her profile attracts the attention of Bilel, a Syrian ISIS fighter. Whittaker forms a relationship with Bilel to get behind the scenes of ISIS brainwashing tactics. She quickly finds herself unusually attracted to the handsome Bilel and gets dangerously sucked into his dark web of deceit and manipulation.
